Virus Scanning & Cleansing

Cassell Computers have been providing virus cleaning services and techniques for 15 years, removing Trojans, Worms, Spyware, Adware, Bots, Triggers, VBS, Heuristic, Denial of Service and Back Door mechanisms from business or home user computer systems and networks. A visit can be arranged either at your home or at the office, at a mutually convenient time.

Our scanning and cleansing techniques work alongside your anti-virus software (which removes virus infections), but not the other unwelcome and potentially dangerous software programs or files that enter your computer via the Internet.

Service Updates

We ensure that your systems are up to date with service patches (providing a broadband connection is available otherwise a further visit may be necessary) for: the operating system, system applications (MS Office etc.,) and other software.

The updates are issued by the software authors from time to time to improve and enhance their software whilst also offering greater protection from malicious attack or security breaches.

Optimisation

We also remove unwanted harmless files, temporary files and Internet history files that simply take up space and slow your system down.
